Quick and easy too - though it takes longer with a hyperactive puppy running around. </p> <p>Green Basil Mash<br/> 💚1/2 cauliflower, cooked<br/> 💚1 aubergine, peeled<br/> 💚 1 cup spinach <br/> 💚 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped<br/> 💚 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk</p> <p>💚 Cook cauliflower and aubergine, I just chopped them and microwaved - should take 6-10 minutes, stirring halfway. <br/> 💚 Blend all the ingredients until smooth. </p> <p>It’s that easy!
